Bulwer-Lytton Contest Winners
For a little local flavor, I whipped this one up:
On another caffeine-infused evening in Latte-Land, it rained exuberantly upon everyone except for the feckless denizens at Safeco Field, Eastsiders and Seattleites alike, who revelled under the retractable roof, not knowing that in the next few moments a behemoth of an earthquake would shake the foundations of their SUV-gas-guzzling, pay-for-coffee-with-a-check-smirking, "I don't believe global-warming exists" suburban-sprawling existence.
