Advanced Smart Tag Tools

I'll admit, it's not the most gripping thing I've ever written (or co-written). The characters are not that compelling. MOSTL is capable, and even interesting, but it's hard for most readers to really feel empathy. And the bit with the cycle gang is just too unbeleivable.
